BRAVE ENOUGH TO BE SEEN?

A Women Circle of Courage, Clarity & Connection

Feeling stretched thin or stuck? Navigating change? Craving real, meaningful community?

You don’t have to move through this alone.

What If the Weight You’re Carrying Has a Name?

There are things we don’t often say out loud. The quiet shame of feeling like we should have it more together by now. The guilt of wanting more or of not wanting what we once did. The exhaustion of keeping up appearances while something inside us is asking for something different.

Change is rarely just logistical. It touches the deepest parts of who we are, our sense of worth, our sense of belonging, our courage to show up as we truly are. And yet, most of us try to navigate these moments alone, in silence, telling ourselves we’ll figure it out.

What if instead, you stepped into a room with seven other women who understand exactly what that feels like?

This spring in Manhattan, Dr. Constanze Quosh – Psychologist, Founder of Convisia, and creator of the evidence-based RISE Method – is opening a small, intimate Women Circle for women navigating change, transition, or simply the ache of feeling unseen in their own lives.

This is a space where shame loses its grip. Where guilt is met with curiosity rather than judgment. And where the courage to be fully, honestly yourself is not just welcomed, it is what makes the circle whole.

Find Strength, Clarity & Connection in Times of Change

A transformative circle of up to 8 women. Designed for those navigating change, job insecurity, or life transitions.

In this intimate space, you will be truly seen, heard, and supported. Together you will rediscover your inner strengths, regain clarity, and build the resilience to move through whatever life is asking of you right now.

Guided by Dr. Constanze Quosh, each session weaves together mindfulness, somatic practice, deep dialogue, and practical tools for lasting change.

What You’ll Experience

Each gathering is a carefully held space that blends evidence-based practice with the kind of honesty and warmth that only a small, trusted circle can offer.

Your Journey: Six Sessions

🔹 CIRCLE ONE  ·  APRIL 20: Letting Go & Inviting In

Creating Space for What Matters Right Now

We begin by clearing. Before we can move forward, we honour what we are leaving behind – the roles, the expectations, the versions of ourselves that no longer fit. This session opens a gentle door to what wants to emerge.

🔹CIRCLE TWO  ·  MAY 4: Aligning With What Is

Meeting Your Current Reality With Clarity

Resistance is exhausting. In this session, we practise the quietly radical act of meeting our reality as it is. Not as we wish it were, or as we fear it might become. From here, real movement becomes possible.

🔹CIRCLE THREE  ·  MAY 18: Meeting the Hidden Parts

Exploring Yourself With Curiosity and Letting Go of Guilt

We all carry parts of ourselves we have learned to hide, from others and from ourselves. This session invites those parts into the light with compassion and curiosity, and begins the work of releasing the guilt that so often keeps them in shadow.

🔹CIRCLE FOUR  ·  JUNE 1: Turning Challenges Into Insight with Courage

Difficulty as a Source of Growth

The hardest chapters of our lives often hold our deepest wisdom. This session explores how to meet difficulty not as a verdict on who we are, but as an invitation to grow and what courage really looks and feels like in practice.

🔹CIRCLE FIVE  ·  JUNE 15: Making Peace With the Inner Critic

Softening the Voice That Holds You Back & Creates Shame

The inner critic is often loudest at moments of change. In this session, we turn toward that voice with curiosity rather than combat – understanding where it came from, what it is trying to protect, and how to soften the shame it so easily stirs.

🔹CIRCLE SIX  ·  JUNE 29: Integration & Inner Nurturing

Self-Care & Your Personal Action Board

We close the circle not as an ending, but as a beginning. In this final gathering, you will integrate all that has unfolded and create your personal Action Board: a tangible, living guide for the next chapter of your life.
