About Dr. Constanze Quosh

I guide individuals from crisis to clarity, burnout to breakthrough, self-doubt to confidence and ultimately to actualizing potential and reaching inner freedom.

By bridging ancient Buddhist wisdom with modern psychology, neuroscience and healing traditions, I create sacred, transformative spaces – where growth, healing and connection is not only possible, but inevitable, grounding and joyful.

As a purpose-driven, inclusive and transformative leader, I bring 20 years of global experience across the United Nations, multilateral diplomacy, NGOs, social services, and academia.

I have worked at the intersection of individual, team, and systems-level change, providing holistic mental health support and leadership development to individuals and groups, while also creating and leading complex humanitarian programs, highperforming teams, interagency coordination bodies, and global advocacy platforms. Over the past two decades, I have shaped national and global humanitarian and protection policy and championed genderresponsive, locally led mental health, violenceprevention, and protection initiatives across four continents and some of the world’s most pressing crises.

Based on my expertise and experience, I facilitate healing and growth circles in person and virtually. I support leaders, in particular women leaders, and teams, through 1:1 coaching, group workshops and intervision, to reconnect with their values, purpose, vision, intuition, inner wisdom and collective strength – so they can lead with clarity, confidence and compassion. I collaborate with other coaches and healers in supporting women business owners in starting up and overcoming initial barriers in establishing their businesses.

I also teach and mentor adult learners on leadership, humanitarian response, gender equality, mental health, and prevention of and response to violence against women and children. As an educator, I cultivate strength-based, reflective, and participatory learning environments that support leaders and prepare future leaders to navigate complexity with authenticity, vision, compassion and resilience.
