strengths, regain clarity, and build the resilience to move through

Guided by Dr. Constanze Quosh - Psychologist, Founder of
Convisia, and creator of the evidence-based RISE Method - each
session weaves together mindfulness, somatic practice, deep
dialogue, and practical tools for lasting change.
