SUMMARY:Brave enough to be seen? Women Circle NYC · Spring 2026
DESCRIPTION:BRAVE ENOUGH TO BE SEEN?\nA Women Circle of Courage\, Clarity & Connection\n  \nFeeling stretched thin or stuck? Navigating change? Craving real\, meaningful community? \nYou don’t have to move through this alone. \nWhat If the Weight You’re Carrying Has a Name?\nThere are things we don’t often say out loud. The quiet shame of feeling like we should have it more together by now. The guilt of wanting more or of not wanting what we once did. The exhaustion of keeping up appearances while something inside us is asking for something different. \nChange is rarely just logistical. It touches the deepest parts of who we are\, our sense of worth\, our sense of belonging\, our courage to show up as we truly are. And yet\, most of us try to navigate these moments alone\, in silence\, telling ourselves we’ll figure it out. \nWhat if instead\, you stepped into a room with seven other women who understand exactly what that feels like? \nThis spring in Manhattan\, Dr. Constanze Quosh – Psychologist\, Founder of Convisia\, and creator of the evidence-based RISE Method – is opening a small\, intimate Women Circle for women navigating change\, transition\, or simply the ache of feeling unseen in their own lives. \nThis is a space where shame loses its grip. Where guilt is met with curiosity rather than judgment. And where the courage to be fully\, honestly yourself is not just welcomed\, it is what makes the circle whole. \nFind Strength\, Clarity & Connection in Times of Change \nA transformative circle of up to 8 women. Designed for those navigating change\, job insecurity\, or life transitions. \nIn this intimate space\, you will be truly seen\, heard\, and supported. Together you will rediscover your inner strengths\, regain clarity\, and build the resilience to move through whatever life is asking of you right now. \nGuided by Dr. Constanze Quosh\, each session weaves together mindfulness\, somatic practice\, deep dialogue\, and practical tools for lasting change. \nWhat You’ll Experience\nEach gathering is a carefully held space that blends evidence-based practice with the kind of honesty and warmth that only a small\, trusted circle can offer. \n🧘  Guided meditation & somatic grounding – arriving fully in your body and the present moment \n✍️  Reflective journaling for inner clarity – making space for what you already know but haven’t yet said \n💬  Deep dialogue & authentic storytelling – being witnessed and witnessing others without judgment \n🔬  Evidence-based method and practical tools – grounded in the RISE Method\, developed over years of clinical and community practice \n🌿  Gentle movement & body-wisdom practices – listening to what your body has been trying to tell you \n🗺️  Your personal Action Board – leaving the circle with a living map for the path ahead \n  \nBook your spot here\n  \nYour Journey: Six Sessions\n🔹 CIRCLE ONE  ·  APRIL 20: Letting Go & Inviting In \nCreating Space for What Matters Right Now \nWe begin by clearing. Before we can move forward\, we honour what we are leaving behind – the roles\, the expectations\, the versions of ourselves that no longer fit. This session opens a gentle door to what wants to emerge. \n🔹CIRCLE TWO  ·  MAY 4: Aligning With What Is \nMeeting Your Current Reality With Clarity \nResistance is exhausting. In this session\, we practise the quietly radical act of meeting our reality as it is. Not as we wish it were\, or as we fear it might become. From here\, real movement becomes possible. \n🔹CIRCLE THREE  ·  MAY 18: Meeting the Hidden Parts \nExploring Yourself With Curiosity and Letting Go of Guilt \nWe all carry parts of ourselves we have learned to hide\, from others and from ourselves. This session invites those parts into the light with compassion and curiosity\, and begins the work of releasing the guilt that so often keeps them in shadow. \n🔹CIRCLE FOUR  ·  JUNE 1: Turning Challenges Into Insight with Courage \nDifficulty as a Source of Growth \nThe hardest chapters of our lives often hold our deepest wisdom. This session explores how to meet difficulty not as a verdict on who we are\, but as an invitation to grow and what courage really looks and feels like in practice. \n🔹CIRCLE FIVE  ·  JUNE 15: Making Peace With the Inner Critic \nSoftening the Voice That Holds You Back & Creates Shame \nThe inner critic is often loudest at moments of change. In this session\, we turn toward that voice with curiosity rather than combat – understanding where it came from\, what it is trying to protect\, and how to soften the shame it so easily stirs. \n🔹CIRCLE SIX  ·  JUNE 29: Integration & Inner Nurturing \nSelf-Care & Your Personal Action Board \nWe close the circle not as an ending\, but as a beginning. In this final gathering\, you will integrate all that has unfolded and create your personal Action Board: a tangible\, living guide for the next chapter of your life. \n  \n“This circle gave me hope\, support and clarity during a tough life transition.” Previous participant \nAbout Your Guide\nDr. Constanze Quosh \nPsychologist\, Founder of Convisia LLC\, and creator of the evidence-based RISE Method. With deep expertise in human resilience\, transition\, and the psychology of change\, she has guided women through some of life’s most demanding passages\, with warmth\, rigour\, and an unwavering belief in each person’s capacity to grow. \nHer work brings together clinical psychology\, mindfulness\, somatic practice\, and community-based wisdom in a way that is both evidence-grounded and deeply human. \n  \nWhen & Where\n📅  Bi-weekly Mondays\, April 20 – June 29\, 2026 \n🕕  6:00 – 8:00 pm ET \n📍  Manhattan\, New York City (Exact address shared upon registration) \n👥  Only 8 spots. This is an intimate circle by design. \n  \nInvest in Yourself\n💛 $399 for the full 6-session journey \n($66 per session) \n  \nBook your spot here\n\nSliding Scale Places Available\nMaking this circle accessible matters to us. A limited number of sliding scale places are available at 50% of the full investment – for women experiencing job insecurity\, career transition\, or financial hardship. \nWe believe every woman who feels called to this circle should be able to enter it.
